About me

I am currently an Assistant Professor of Biological Engineering at Purdue University. My group’s research will lie in the gap between enzymology and applied data science. We will curate high quality databases and combine them with state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms to make experimentally testable predictions that address diverse problems in drug discovery and green chemistry.

Prior to Purdue, I was a postdoctoral associate in Jensen group at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). I graduated with my PhD from the Department of Chemical Engineering at Stanford University, advised by Prof. Chaitan Khosla. My research focused on in vitro reconstitution of metabolic pathways for drug discovery. Prior to coming to Stanford, I received my BS in Chemical Engineering from University of Minnesota.
